WHO IN THE
WORLD IS LUTZ PERSCHMANN
Lutz
Perschmann has been active in Florida and abroad in the
International Investor’s market through his company, Ingo
International Investments, Inc., since 1978. He was born and
raised in his native Germany and he completed his German
education with a degree in Public Accounting and Auditing in one
of Germany’s largest CPA Firms. After his military service as a
sonar operator in the German Navy he continued his career in the
private sector as a corporate staff accountant in the North
German Headquarter of a large Food Wholesale Distributor and
expanded his education into the Data Processing field.
In 1967 Mr.
Perschmann decided to make Florida his permanent home and
continued to practice his highly developed skills in accounting
and office management here and went on to obtain a Bachelors
Degree in Business Administration/Management from the University
of Central Florida. A mandated move from his adopted home in
Daytona Beach to Detroit by the Computer Time Sharing Firm where
he had held different management position as Manager of
Operations, corporate Director of Purchasing and Assistant
Comptroller, prompted him to resign from corporate life and
start a new career in the Real Estate Business.
He completed
two years as a sales associate in a GALLERY OF HOMES office in
Daytona Beach and then obtained his Florida Brokers License in
1978 and formed his own company, specializing in Property
Management. In his long Real Estate career Mr. Perschmann has
been through most phases of his chosen field, from the inception
to the design and construction and sale of a condominium
construction project to the asset management of overseas
investors. It even included a ten year stint as CEO of the US
branch of a German Shoe Manufacturing company in his function as
a business consultant. Lutz Perschmann is also licensed as a
Real Estate Broker in Germany and has been active in the
international arena by helping overseas clients to manage and
protect their investments in this country.
Mr.
Perschmann holds the professional designations of GRI (Graduate
of the Realtors Institute),
ARM
(Accredited Residential Manager), CAM (Community Association
Manager), and CIPS (Certified International Property
Specialist). He is very active in his local community by serving
on numerous boards of directors, i.e. The Daytona Beach
Leadership Council, a division of the Chamber of Commerce, the
Center for the Visually Impaired, the local Chapter of the
American Heart Association, as a Director of the Daytona Beach
Area Association of REALTORS for several years, and the Volusia
County Mediation Services. Mr. Perschmann also serves in the
County Court System as a Court Certified Mediator.
Since he
obtained his Interpreters degree in Germany before his move to
the US he is also providing Interpreter and Translation Services
to the public through his Language Services company since 1967.
Lutz
Perschmann serves his international clients from his Daytona
Beach, Florida office, but also maintains an office near
Hannover, Germany with a partner there to better serve his
overseas clientele. |
